We were visiting overnight for a wedding event. There were two other couples staying there for the wedding also. Comfortable accommodations. Clean, roomy and friendly. The breakfast was amazing!!! Cook to order.. bacon, sausage, eggs, omelets, blueberry pancakes, an assortment of fresh fruits all YUMMY! Claudia and Steve were wonderful I would definitely recommend a stay at the Juliand House B&B.

The Juliand House is a lovely B&B in a beautiful area. Claudia and Steve were very attentive, but also left us alone to enjoy our time there. We were travelling with our 2-month old daughter, and they loaned us a bassinet that they had used with their own son many years ago! Very sweet. The double bed was extremely comfortable and Claudia provided a delicious breakfast with a huge amount of food the next morning! Would definitely stay here again if passing through this way.

The breakfast was excellent as well. I met the other half of the husband/wife team, Steve. Breakfast was lots of fresh fruit, some cinnamon bread, banana bread, fresh juices, coffee, tea and lots of other jellies and such. Claudia also offered to make some eggs and there was also bacon and sausage in the oven.

The 1810 Juliand House was a wonderful experience. I spent two nights here when I was in the area for a wedding. The House is very easy to find with a GPS. The owner Claudia met me outside the house when I arrived. She was a sweet and friendly host. She showed me around the house pointing out the dining room table for breakfast. There were also several areas for guests to sit and relax. The guest part of the house also included a complete kitchen area with coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks.

The hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and even recommended that I go up to the Animal Adventure place and see the new baby giraffe. That was really fun.

Lovely room, nice setting. Gracious hosts serving delicious food cooked to order . We will be back .

I stayed in the room with the private bath. The room was lovely with some very homey appointments. The upstairs of the house smelled like cinnamon potpourri which was nice as well. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a window AC in the room. The bathroom was clean and had an oversized tub which would have been awesome if I had any time to take a bath lol.

Overall I was very pleased with this B&B. I have stayed at similar places in other parts of the US and Europe and this is at the top of my list. If you are planning a visit to this part of New York State, this is your place. It's a great value and a great experience.

My family’s stay at the 1810 Juliand House in Greene NY was much more than expected. We planned only to stay the night, grab a quick breakfast, and then continue our trip to Cornell University. Instead, we found ourselves enjoying a wonderful time-machine back to the start of the nineteenth century. The original house was lavishly designed by the wealthy Juliand family and the current owners made an effort to conserve much of the original grandeur. I was especially impressed by the wide doors, large windows, and fantastic woodwork. Much of the furnishing recalls the Federal style, and yet at the same time, the entire house is family friendly: a fully-stocked kitchen for guests to snack in the middle of the night, wonderfully cozy recliners and reading lights, toys and a wide assortment of books, collector magazines, CD’s, and even old records. The beds were immaculate, inviting, and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast, with each meal individually prepared: we did not need another meal that day. And Steve and Claudia were gracious hosts. I’m happy that we chose the Juliand House, and we will be returning soon.
