Good clean place to work out. I have been going there for years. Facility is in converted manufacturing facility as such has that industrial feel. But place is well stocked with cardio equipment , circuit training, and excellent dumbell and free weight selection. Added plus there is a large Astro Turf like area for sprints and or CrossFit type exercises. In addition, upstairs is a large room for fitness and spin classes. I really enjoy working out at the GCFC.
It has almost everything you need for a total workout and the price of membership is very reasonable.
