When we expressed concern to the owner about getting done in time he was very rude to us and acted as though we were being unreasonable. He seemed more concerned about telling stories and being the center of attention than making sure his stylists were doing their jobs.

I got my hair done as part of an 8 person bridal party. The stylist who did my hair was texting and drinking coffee while styling- despite the fact that we were on a tight schedule.
Moved here from Long Island....finally found a place to get my hair cut! Tracy is wonderful and made me feel confident in her skills. I have long hair and always worry about going to a new stylist. Very professional hair cut, feels great, looks amazing!
I have been going to the Focus Salon for about a year now. I cannot say enough about this business. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you are pampered with top notch service. Everyone is friendly and always willing to answer any questions that you may have. Susan is my hair stylist but I would call her more of a "hair artist". She can match color to your skin type like nobody I have ever seen. She is truly talented and I have never had so many compliments on my hair. I am very picky with my hair and never am completely satisfied normally, but when I leave there and go home I can honestly say I love my hair. You truly feel beautiful when you leave her salon. I also get my eyebrows waxed and get pedicures there that are to die for. Once again, you are pampered and "focused" on every minute you are there. The atmosphere is friendly and warm and they always have coffee ready and bakery items that are out of this world. If you want to be pampered this is definitely a place to visit. I hope they stay forever.
